Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service has no intention of collecting data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data being collected on children without parental permission. For what purpose and on what grounds do we process personal data?
TWNQL processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Handling your payment.
- To be able to call or email you if necessary to execute our services.
- To inform you about changes in our services and products.
- To deliver goods and services to you.
- TWNQL analyses your behavior on the website in order to improve the website and to attune the supply of products and services to your preferences.
TWNQL does not make any decisions about matters that could have (significant) consequences for people, based on automated processing. We refer to decisions made by computer programs or systems, without the intervention of a person (for instance an employee of TWNQL). TWNQL uses the following computer programs or systems:
- Word and/or Pages & Excel and/or Numbers. To make quotations and confirmations. No expected consequences for persons.
- WordPress and WordPress CMS. To post web texts and images. No expected consequences for individuals.
How long we keep personal data
TWNQL does not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary to realize the goals for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data:
First and last name > 5 years > to be able to look back at assignments / quotes / confirmations and invoices in the case of repeat assignments and/or requests from the client. Telephone number > 5 years > idem. E-mail address > 5 years > idem.
Sharing personal data with third parties
TWNQL only supplies personal details to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

You have the right to view, correct or remove your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your permission for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by TWNQL and you have the right to data portability. You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data modification or request to withdraw your permission or objection to the processing of your personal data to firstname.lastname@example.org.
To make sure that the request for inspection was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. Please make sure that your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) are blackened in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We react to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
